David Mantel is a Senior Manager at Lighthouse Consulting Group and is based in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Mantel has over 25 years of experience with leading heavy civil contractors where he managed every phase of large and complex infrastructure projects throughout North America.  Mr. Mantel has substantial experience and expertise in critical path scheduling and delay analysis, cost tracking and project accounting, assessment of productivity losses, quantification of damages, change order management, differing site condition impacts, and the development of requests for equitable adjustments and  claims for time and costs.

Prior to joining Lighthouse, Mr. Mantel managed all aspects of project execution, including estimating, preconstruction, design coordination and management, construction management, critical path scheduling, cost tracking and controls, progress reporting, quality, safety, client and stakeholder coordination, and change management.  His deep industry experience includes state and federal government contracts for roads, bridges, levees, locks, privately owned toll roads, marine construction, and mass transit.  Mr. Mantel has managed and executed projects using various project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, EPC, CM at Risk, P3, and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI).
